    Before placing an order, we will prompt you to confirm the size, style, color, quantity and delivery address of the selected shoes to avoid unnecessary mistakes. Please be sure to verify all information before confirming the order.

  2. Cancellation of Order Instructions

    1. Once the order is generated, you can apply for cancellation only within 6 hours.
    2. Exceeding this time period, the order may have entered the warehouse delivery process and cannot be cancelled.

  3. Return Request (applicable within 14 days after receiving the goods)

    In the following cases, we accept returns and provide a full refund:
    ●The product has been damaged or broken during transportation;

    ●The received product is not the product you ordered.

  4. No returns or refunds will be given in the following cases:

    ● The product has no original label or is not in the original packaging;
    ● The product problem is a detail that can be repaired by yourself (such as thread ends and other non-quality problems).

  5. Materials required for return

    ● Clear photos of product defects or problems

  6. Return and refund process

    2. We will reply within 2 to 3 working days whether you meet the return conditions. Please turn on the email notification and wait patiently for our reply.
    3. Once it is confirmed that the return criteria are met, we will provide a return address. Please do not send the package back by yourself before receiving the confirmation email. We are not responsible for such returns.
    4. After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 2 working days. The refund will be returned to the original route and include the shipping fee you paid.
