Welcome to Lyorxx Online Shop, we hope to provide you with a safe and reliable shopping and logistics experience. The following is our shipping policy, please read it carefully before placing an order:
1. Order processing time
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after submission.
- The order will not enter the shipping process until it is processed.
- If there are any problems or delays during the order processing, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
- Once the shipment is successful, the system will send you an email with a logistics tracking number so that you can understand the delivery status.
2. Shipping method and time
Lyorxx Online Shop provides two shipping services:
- Standard shipping: estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days;
- Express shipping: estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days.
- Free shipping service for orders over $20.
Please note: some areas may not be able to deliver due to logistics restrictions. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
3. Transport anomalies and solutions
- If your order is not received more than 30 days after it was sent, we will provide you with a full refund.
- If your package is not delivered as expected, please submit an inquiry request through the website and we will respond within 12 hours.
- If the logistics tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:
- Carefully check the possible delivery locations such as home, porch, mailbox, neighbor’s place;
- Contact the transportation company indicated in the email for details;
If the problem is still not solved, please send an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
4. Shipping address liability statement
- If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, we will not bear the relevant responsibility.
- Please make sure that the address information is accurate before placing an order.
If you find that the address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact [email protected] immediately. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or intervene.
